30-Day Returns and Refunds
We understand that a product may not be the right fit. To request a change-of-mind return, email Returns@ModernDeuce.com within 30 days after delivery, with your order number. Please contact us before shipping a return so we can provide authorization and instructions.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of bidet products, bidet seats and related bidet products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging with all components, and suitable for resale. Approved change-of-mind returns of bidet products incur a 10% restocking and handling fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Non-bidet items must be in like-new condition with original packaging and accessories. Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that prevents resale may be ineligible for a refund or subject to additional deductions where applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact Returns@ModernDeuce.com promptly. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when available. Keep the original packaging and components until we provide further instructions. We will review the issue and coordinate an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable. Modern Deuce covers return shipping when merchandise is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Refund Processing
Where a physical return is required, approved refunds will be processed after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Any applicable fees or deductions will be explained as part of the return review. Refunds are sent to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Orders canceled before shipment can receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, applicable return conditions and shipping charges apply.
Product-Specific Terms
Some products or manufacturers may have additional return requirements. Any applicable product-specific return restrictions will be disclosed on the product listing before purchase. Products labeled used or certified pre-owned are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Purchases intended for temporary, one-time use, including trade shows, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
